Paperwork and compliance
Guest registration on Alloggiati Web, tourist tax, regional ISTAT reports and the national identification code.
Direct bookings

It must be certified fit for habitation and free of planning, land-registry or legal issues. That certificate confirms the building meets safety, hygiene, health, energy and installation standards. We take care of the rest, from registration to the identification code.
