Booking and payment

• If you book more than 30 days before arrival you pay a 30% deposit; the balance is due within 7 days of arrival.
• If you book within 30 days of arrival you pay the full amount when booking.
• You pay by card; bank transfer on request.

Security deposit

At check-in we ask for a €100 security deposit, returned within 7 days of departure.

Arrival and departure

• Ruvo di Puglia and Giovinazzo: check-in from 2 pm to midnight, late arrival from midnight to 2 am for a €25 supplement.
• Montegiordano: check-in from 4 pm to midnight.
• Check-out by 10 am.

Guest registration

The law requires us to register every guest with the police via Alloggiati Web: each guest needs a valid ID on arrival.

Tourist tax

Where the town council charges it, it is paid on site. In Giovinazzo it is €1.50 per person per night from age 14, for up to 3 nights.
