About us
Keepers of places and of bonds
We are not just property managers. We look after places, sometimes forgotten ones, and often the bonds that form between those who arrive and those who stay.
Your host
Meet Giuseppe
Giuseppe Paparella founded Apulia Houses & Flats in Ruvo di Puglia with a simple idea: to let people who come for a few days live the real Puglia. Through Paparella Property he looks after every home on this site, from arrival to departure.

“The host was very communicative.”
Two names, one way of working
The homes have their name; the people who run them have theirs.
Apulia Houses & Flats
It is the name of the homes we manage, the one you find on the booking portals and on Instagram. It began as a dream, from people who believe in what this land can offer: personal, high-quality short-let management in the heart of Puglia, from Bari to the Murgia and the towns on the coast.
Paparella Property
It is Giuseppe Paparella’s business in Ruvo di Puglia, and the service we offer to owners: listings, pricing, guests, cleaning, maintenance and paperwork, so that a home earns without becoming a second job.
What we believe in
Reliability
We say what we do and do what we say: to guests and to owners.
Transparency
Clear prices, rules and reports, with no surprises.
Love for this land
Our homes are a way to share the real Puglia, and to help it grow.
